Liz Pennington

Co-owner and the Managing Director of Pennington Consulting.
With a wide ranging generalist background and over 15 years experience in Chief Executive roles
Liz brings both her wide ranging skills a proactive solutions focused approach and senior level experience to her work.
Adept at identifying needs and committed to codesigning with her clients her model is based on a fundamental belief in partnership and that people matter most.
Liz qualifications include Registration as a Comprehensive Nurse, a Bachelors degree in Social Sciences and Masters in Nursing whilst she also holds a Diploma in Tertiary Teaching and a Diploma in not for profit management.
Liz is a Fellow of the College of Nurses Aotearoa, a professional member of Crisis Intervention and Management Australasia and also of the International Critical incident and Stress Foundation and a member of the Institute of Directors NZ.

Fenton Pennington

Business Manager

Fenton has a background in agriculture, general business and in warehousing and logistics.

He has worked as the national warehousing/logistics manager for Hometech NZ and more recently as a regional Manager for Nutrenza NZ.

Fenton is a Co-owner and Director within the company and manages the office corporate functions including IT and finance. He is able to help you with any general questions or enquiries.
